We used the Target store and there was no comparison to the Tracy one where we usually shop. Your Target was clean, lots of depts with a huge inventory. There was a very nice young girl that assisted in the dressing room too. I am bringing the rest of my family on Sunday. Most importantly there was no man following me throughout the entire store.

This branch has a very good customer service. When I bought a pair or samsung buds the attendants are very attentive and very courteous. A quick in and out if you know what you are buying, don't hesitate to ask them and they will answer your questions.

This place is perty koo... I hate coming in thru the lone tree side cuz traffic is horrible but once you're in there you're good... Costco, Trader Joe's, in&out, mod pizza, so many other things in there too like Michael's... way better than driving all the way out to Concord for these planes

Take my money! And they do! They are my go to for everything from televisions, gaming systems, ear buds, kitchen appliances....damn near everything. I've had a couple of bad experiences here, one with my daughter's laptop needing repair. It was sent out and when it was fixed it came back damaged. The store manager came to assist us as the Geek Squad was going to send it back out for another repair, which obviously wasn't okay. He literally grabbed a new one, set up an appointment to have them transfer everything over and we were on our way. So that was great customer service. The only other complaint was when I lost an ear bud. I called costumer service. They said a replacement was covered under my service plan and scheduled an appointment with the Geek Squad. I left work early to get to the appointment only to be told the customer service representative was wrong. I was upset but I let it go due to all of the other great experiences I've had there. My only other complaint is good luck trying to get ahold of someone at the store. Best Buy, like everyone else, has outsourced their phones to other countries. My Time and money could have been saved if I was able to talk to someone who actually works at the store and doesn't just read from a script. I still love you though, Best Buy.
